About Aspire Nutrition

Aspire Nutrition is an all-natural supplement E-Commerce store that features products for the whole family. Marty founded the company after watching his son struggle with autism. At the same time, he was dealing with an illness of his own and decided to explore holistic treatments that could be beneficial to both of them. 

After experiencing the results of natural health solutions himself, he launched Aspire Nutrition, a brand focused on supplements designed to nurture good health. 

Marty’s Journey

Marty Orefice founded Aspire Nutrition after a deeply personal journey with his son’s health. Around his third birthday, Marty’s son was diagnosed with autism, and the struggles that followed led him to search for answers beyond conventional treatments. Having recently dealt with his own health challenges related to gut health, inflammation, and detoxification, Marty noticed striking similarities in the issues his son was facing. 

“My world was a little upside down,” He explains. “My son was really struggling.”

Through targeted nutrition intervention including dietary changes and carefully selected supplements, he saw remarkable improvements in his son’s behavior and well-being—changes that revealed a critical missing piece in traditional autism support.

Frustrated by the lack of awareness surrounding nutrition’s impact on neurodevelopment, Marty felt compelled to share what he had learned. This drive led to the creation of Aspire Nutrition, a company dedicated to providing science-backed supplements designed to support gut health, brain function, and overall wellness. By combining research with firsthand experience, Marty hopes to give families the tools they need to make meaningful, lasting changes in their children’s lives.

When Marty Orefice first transitioned from real estate to launching Aspire Nutrition, he leaned on the support of those closest to him. His assistant at the time, accustomed to his previous ventures, was the first person he brought into the fold. 

Knowing she valued certainty, he presented exhaustive pages of notes, outlining his vision and strategy. Once she was on board, he continued building the team with family, friends, and trusted connections. His background in marketing and psychology helped him tap into existing relationships, bringing in people who believed in the mission and were willing to figure things out together. He also benefited from personal experience with the product line. “I was my own customer,” he explains. 

The company is fully remote and features employees spread throughout the United States.

Business Growth and Revenue Strategies

Aspire Nutrition’s growth strategy has been built on a foundation of autonomy, continuous improvement, and a culture that fosters both personal and professional development. “I don’t think there’s really much that I did,” Marty Orefice admits, “but if you have the right people and you create an environment of freedom where people have autonomy and a culture of growth, everything takes care of itself.” The company’s core values emphasize progress—not just in business, but in every aspect of life. “We’re not just here doing this,” he explains. “We’re growing personally, we’re growing professionally, and we’re helping our customers grow.” This mindset has guided Aspire Nutrition’s approach to product development as well, with a constant focus on how to improve rather than simply maintaining what works.

The company started with a single product, a powder designed to support gut health, and spent four years perfecting it before expanding. “At first, we were a small client, just proving out the concept,” Orefice recalls. “But as demand grew, we went from ordering 500 units to 10,000, eventually becoming our manufacturer’s biggest client.” 

That success meant reassessing their partnerships, scaling to larger manufacturers, and refining their distribution and fulfillment operations. “We went from a tiny warehouse with a couple of shelves to a massive fulfillment center with robots—but that was too impersonal,” he says. “It’s been about right-sizing growth at every stage.” Aspire Nutrition has expanded its product line strategically, creating a comprehensive protocol addressing gut health, detoxification, nutrition, and inflammation. “We don’t add for the sake of adding—we grow until it’s a little stressful, and then we scale.”

Innovation and Adaptability

Aspire Nutrition’s innovation has been driven by a results-first approach, creating a cycle of trust and organic growth. “It all started with getting a product that actually worked,” says Marty Orefice. “When people tried it and saw results, they shared their stories, which created this huge wave of social proof.” The company found that if they could get customers to make a second purchase, they were likely to stay for life. That insight shaped their strategy—making the first purchase as accessible as possible and ensuring customers saw early success.

Sales Through Education

Rather than taking a traditional hard-sell approach, Aspire focused on long-term education. “For the first four years, we didn’t do anything but educate,” Orefice explains. “Once someone became a customer, we treated them like gold.” Aspire developed a two-year email drip campaign packed with practical guidance—how to handle a child’s diet at birthday parties, how to navigate conversations with skeptical family members—without pushing for another sale. This philosophy of leading with value rather than selling allowed the company to build trust, foster loyalty, and see exponential growth. “It’s about giving people a win first, then providing what they need on the back end,” he says. “If you look at our customer testimonials, it’s just insane—the results speak for themselves.”

Marty’s advice to entrepreneurs? “I think now more than ever it is important to be really passionate.” Marty’s passion continues to drive him. “What gets me out of bed is that we are really doing what matters.”
